Booking & Payment

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either online or by phone.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking ($35).

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

• Failure to pay the full amount may result in legal collection efforts.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.

• Access to water and power is required for most detailing services unless otherwise noted.

• Remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.

• Moncino’s Detail Garage is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide proper notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability

• We strive to provide the highest level of service. If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• Any concerns reported after this window may not be eligible for review or compensation.

• Moncino’s Detail Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage, paint failure, or defects that may be uncovered during cleaning or detailing.
